Life Legacy
FROST, Carolyn Margaret – 66 of Westport passed away at home on Friday, April 13, 2012 with her family by her side. Born in Freeport, NS she was a daughter of the late George and Rose (Sullivan) Howard. Carolyn was a former employee of D. B. Kenney Fisheries Ltd., Westport and a member of the Westport Baptist Church. She particularly enjoyed going to their camp on Pea-Jack Road and she will always be remembered for her love of God’s birds. Carolyn is survived by her husband Gary; sons, Troy (Paulette), Freeport; Kevin (Ronda), North Range; Darren (Laurie), Plymouth, Mass.; and Trevor (Melissa), Westport. Sisters, Gloria Howard, Digby and Patricia (Edward) Theriault, Kentville, as well as brother, Samuel (Sherry) Howard, Bear River. Grandchildren , Brittany, Shannon, Felicia, Alyssa, Brandon, Cassidy and Gracie; great grandchildren, Andrew, Brody and Mason and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband Gerald Welch. By request, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 17th in the Westport Baptist Vestry, Rev. David Ingersoll officiating. Private interment will be in Hilltop Cemetery, Westport. By request, family flowers only. Donations in memory may be made to the Westport Baptist Church or the VON.
