CLARK, Abbie Euphemia 96, of Wilmot passed away Sunday, June 26, 2011 in Grand View Manor, Berwick. Born in Grand Pr, NS she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Abbie (Taylor) Boates. Abbie loved her church and was a charter member of the Middleton Church of the Nazarene. She loved working with small animals, enjoyed quilting and knitting and was an avid cook and baker. Abbie loved going to auctions, flea markets and yardsales. She enjoyed going for drives and loved children. She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn (Jack) Pope, Clearwater, Florida; son, Tony (Connie) Clark, Wilmot; sister, Pauline (George) Barker, Wilmot; grandchildren, Juli and Jodi; step-grandchildren, Rose and Joseph and seven great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Kenneth; sisters, Maizie, Thelma, Olive; brothers, Lorne, Tib, John, Bob, Bill, Roy and Reg. By Abbies request, there will be no visitation. Funeral service will be held 2:00PM Saturday, July 2, 2011 in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St., (902) 825-3448, Rev. Tonya Kucey officiating.
