Obituary

Fredericks, Albert Eugene ~ Age 85,  of Berwick, passed away Thursday, May 5, 2022, in Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in White's Corner, he was a son of the late James and Mida (Hiltz) Fredericks. Albert was a heavy equipment operator for over 50 years, clearing land for farming, operating the loader for the Dept. of Highways and later working for Mountain Crest Farms. He was very involved in the Black Rock Cultural & Recreation Hall from breaking ground to working the bar at dances. Albert loved fishing and spending time at his friend's camp. Surviving are daughter, Patricia (Wayne) Hunter, Lawrencetown; sons, Anthony "Tony" (Janet), Waterville; Adrian (Bonnie), Greenwood; and their mother, Eleanor (Coleman) Ward, Black Rock; sisters, Edith (Granville) Travis, Canning; Ruth (Scott) MacLean, Berwick; brother, Irving (Connie) Fredericks, White's Corner; grandchildren, Sarah, Stephanie, David, Kristy Ann, Cody, Jasmine, Nicholas, Samantha, Tyler, Steven; numerous great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Doreen; brother, Nathan (Dora); sisters, Clara (Dick) Coleman; Agnes (Harry) Morton, Jenny Moody. There will be a graveside service in the Aylesford Union Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, toll free 1 (855) 825-3448.
