DUMPHY, Audrey May Marie - 69 of Church Point passed away Thursday, December 1, 2011 in the Digby General Hospital. Born in Middleton, she was a daughter of the late Clifford and Kathleen (Horton) Whitman. Audrey was a retired employee of Comeau Seafoods, Saulnierville and was an avid bingo player. She is survived by her children Lindsay Stoddart, Kingston, Wyona (Richard) Ouelette, Lawrencetown, Annapolis Co., Patricia Stoddart, Middleton, Paul Stoddart, Clare, Ernest Jr. Dumphy, Clare, Vaughn Caldwell, Halifax, Peter Ramsay, Windsor, Ontario and Kevin Dumphy, Kentville. Sister Vivian Ann (John) Deveau, Middleton as well as companion Ernest Saulnier, Church Point. Five grandchildren Christina, Christopher, Percy, Deborah and Donald and several great grandchildren. Audrey was predeceased by her brother Lester Whitman. Visitation will be held from 7-9 p.m. Monday, December 5, 2011 in the Middleton Funeral Home 398 Main St., (902) 825-3448 where a funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 6th Pastor Patty Beals officiating.
