RAWDING, Bernard "Allison" - 72, Aylesford Rd., Kings Co., passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2013, in the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born at the family home, he was a son of the late Bernard and Annie (Gates) Rawding. Allison began working at M.W. Graves Ltd., Berwick and later on the family dairy farm with his father and took over the farm operation after his father's death and continued to do so. He was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Parish, Berwick. Allison was an avid music fan and loved to attend local jam sessions. Surviving are his wife of almost 46 years, Doreen L. (Goulden) Rawding; daughters, Anita (Brent) Wallace, Sussex, N.B.; Tanya Rawding, Canning; son, Roderick (Kim Chapman), Windermere; grandchildren, Brittney, Michaela, Joseph, Martha, Ella and Jacob; great-grandchildren, Paige, Peyton and Jacob; aunt, Audrey Davis, Enfield; father-in-law, Clyde Goulden, Kingston. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by sister, Marilyn Rawding; mother-in-law, Phyllis Goulden. Visitation will take place from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., Wednesday in Morristown Community Centre, 10 Prospect Rd., Morristown. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, September 12, in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 120 Mill St., Berwick. Rev. Fr. Craig Cameron officiating, with burial in Holy Cross Cemetery, Kentville.
