FRASER (Hines), Bessie Gloria – age 78 of Greenwood, NS formerly of Inglisville passed away Thursday, September 22, 2016 in Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Arlington, NS she was a daughter of the late Ainsley and Lottie (Blanchard) Sabean. Bessie enjoyed quilting, sewing, going to bingo, knitting and dancing along with going to jam sessions. She was a member of the Inglisville Baptist Church and devoted her life to her family whom she loved dearly. She is survived by her daughter Debbie Hines (Pat Tamlyn), Greenwood and grandson Billy Solsman (Stephani Sguigna), Nictaux; step-daughter Diane Yearns, Maryland, USA; step-son Victor Fraser, Thunderbay, Ont. and numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren in Thunderbay; sisters Florence Caldwell, Bridgetown; Leta Keddy, Berwick; brothers Linden Sabean, Lawrencetown; Robert "Bob" Sabean, Berwick; sisters-in-law Vera Veinot, Outram; Ella Franks and Nita Hines both of Lawrencetown and Evelyn Shaw, Middleton. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband Edgar Hines; second husband Everett Fraser; sister Mary; brothers Johnson, George and Guy. Visitation will be held 7:00PM-9:00PM Sunday, September 25, 2016 in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St., (902) 825-3448 where the funeral service will be held 2:00PM Monday, September 26, 2016 with Rev. Patty Beals officiating. A reception for family and friends will follow the service. Interment will be in Whitman Cemetery, South Williamston.
