CRAWFORD, Brian John 50 of Wilmot passed away Thursday, December 2, 2010 in Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton after a long and brave battle with Congenital Heart Disease. Born on September 2, 1960 in Middleton, he was a son of Jeanette (Power) Crawford, Victoria Vale and the late Harold Crawford. Brian had worked at Bruce Chev Olds for 22 years. He was a very enjoyable and reliable person. Brian enjoyed driving around in his little blue truck with a big smile on his face and a big wave for everyone he met. Brian knew a lot of people and a lot of people knew him. He will be sadly missed by everyone. Besides his mother, he is survived by sisters, Barbara (Dan) Headdy, Nictaux South and Debbie (Kevin) Charlton, East Torbrook; brother, Ronald (Dina), Philippines, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, Malou, Linda Grace and John Philip Crawford; Kyle and Jonathon Headdy and Corey and Kelsey Charlton. He was predeceased by his father, Harold; brother, James; paternal grandparents, John and Grace Crawford and maternal grandparents, Philip and Ovelina Power. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 7-9PM, Sunday December 5, 2010 in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, (902) 825-3448. A reception will be held from 2-3PM, Monday, December 6, 2010 at the Port George Recreation Centre followed by a private family graveside service in Hillside Cemetery, Port George.
