Carolyn Blanche Harris (Rogers) passed away peacefully at home in Nictaux Falls, NS on January 27, 2023, at the age of 89.

She fought her battle with cancer as she lived her life head on and fierce. For those of us who remained by her side for the past 6 months we will always be truly amazed of her ability to "be ok" and "100%" with her quick wit and smiles.

Born in Parrsboro, NS to Clarence H. Rogers and Hattie M. Lambert and predeceased by her loving husband John F. Harris; sister Joyce A. Penner and niece Nancy Penner.

Lovingly remembered by her daughter, Cindy (Calvin) Peck, Alberta and granddaughter, Danielle; son, Peter (Cheryl) Harris, Nictaux Falls and grandchildren Josh (Jaimee), Jacob (Aimy), Lindsey (Jimmy), Caleb (Alex); son, Greg Harris (Joy), St. Croix Cove and grandson Aaron; sister, Doris Bain, Ottawa; great grandchildren Ethan, Evan, Ella, Fynn, Taya, Everly, Llyr, Leif, Erik, Bennett; nieces and nephews, Gayle Penner, Bradley Bain, Andrew Bain and Lynn Bain.

Carolyn spent much of her time on her gardening and landscaping design passion and the home property greatly reflected her efforts. She loved listening to her vast collection of music genres and adding to her vintage collection.

Special thanks to Dr. Lauren Clark-Gallant for her outstanding care, compassion, and kindness. Also, to the dedicated caregivers and VON whose help allowed her to stay at home.

In keeping with Carolyn's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private service will be held at a later date.
