MARSHALL, Catherine Anita "Boo" - age 80 of Wilmot passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Middleton with her daughter Debbie and friends Diane and Carol by her side. Born in Halifax, Anita was the daughter of the late Allison Sr. and Anita (Zinck)Worthen of Dodge Road, where she spent many years of her life. Anita "Boo" enjoyed her bowling, bingo, cruising and many friends during her life with her late husband, Doug Marshall. She also enjoyed her grandchildren and family. Anita is survived by her daughter Debbie (Roy) Dzikowski , Dryden, ON; son, Al (Tracy) Hamel, Socke, BC; and brother Allison Jr. (Diane) Worthen, Wilmot; sister, Jean (Bob) Campbell, Berwick; four grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister Joan MacCoy. Cremation has taken place and memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at Middleton Funeral Home with Rev. Leon Langille officiating. Interment will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Middleton. Special thank you to Valley Regional Hospital and Soldiers Memorial Hospital. Arrangements have been entrusted to Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St. (902) 825-3448. Donations in memory of Anita "Boo" may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or Victorian Order of Nurses -Annapolis Valley Branch.
