PHILLIPS, Charles Everett - age 64 of Kingston, NS passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 in Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Charles grew up in foster homes spending time with several families including the Phinney family. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his wife Pauline, who he has missed dearly since she passed away. Charles will be missed by all who knew him. In keeping with Charles' wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service at this time. Donations in memory may be made to a charity of choice.
