OLIVER, Christine Ann ~ Age 63, of Middleton, Annapolis County, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born September 7, 1962, in Montreal, Quebec, she was a daughter of Patricia (Haydock) Surette of Middleton and the late Joseph Surette. Christine was a woman of quiet joys and gentle spirit. She attended Trinity Pentecostal Church in Greenwood and found happiness in life's simple pleasures. She loved to read and took great enjoyment in her crafts, often spending time creating with care and creativity. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 18 years, Douglas "Doug" Oliver of Middleton; her mother, Patricia Surette; and her brother, Mark (Donna) Surette of Quebec. She will be missed by all who knew her. She was predeceased by her father, Joseph Surette.In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026, in Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, Middleton (toll-free 1-855-825-3448), with Rev. Mitchell Lewis officiating.
