NEWCOMBE, Clara Jean ~ age 75 of Morden, Kings Co., NS passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2024 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Halifax, NS she was a daughter of the late Wendell and Jean (MacPherson) Webster. Clara was a Personal Care Worker having worked at various long term care homes throughout the Annapolis Valley and retired from Kings Rehabilitation Centre, Waterville. She enjoyed going to jam sessions, dancing and loved going for drives. Clara loved going to the beach, wiener roasts and taking their camper travelling to all the exhibitions to watch the horse pulls. She will be missed by all who knew her. Clara is survived by her husband, Samuel, Middleton; sons, Scott (Terry) Ryerson-Harrigan, South Farmington; Stanley Zinck (Tina Murphy), Cottage Cove; David Zinck, Bridgetown; stepsons, Kenny Newcombe (Dawn), Black Rock; Wayne Newcombe (April), Windsor Forks; her siblings, Debbie (Eric) Wilson, Halifax; Michael (Pat) Webster, Halifax; Judy Webster (David Poole), Halifax; Wendy MacMurtry, Nictaux; Cheryl (John) Arsenault, Kingston; grandchildren, Andrew Harrigan, Brickton; Allison Harrigan (Irish Thorpe), Morden; Thomas Bishop (Brianna Gogan), Port George; Alexander Bishop (Sarah Crossman), Bloomington; Katelyn Zinck (Ben MacFawn), Harbourville; Stephen Zinck, Cottage Cove; Colton Zinck, Auburn; great grandchildren, Delilah, Timothy, Jameson and Akerley. Besides her parents she was predeceased by husbands, Ralph Zinck, Beverly Vidito; son, Matthew Zinck and great grandson, Ivan Bishop in infancy. In keeping with Clara's wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held 1:00PM - 3:00PM Sunday, August 31, 2025 in the Morden Community Hall . Private family interment will be in Nictaux Cemetery. Donations in Clara's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or to a charity of your choice.
