Theriault, Clark Ellis - 83 of Tiddville, Digby County, NS. Our goodbye to Dad concluded on July 6, 2011 at his home where he has resided with his wife Thelma (Stanton) of 54 years. He was born in Tiddville on Jan 30, 1928 to Herman and Jessie (Lewis). His family and friends came together from near and far to be with him for his last few days. Clark was an active member of the Calvary Temple Pentecostal Church for 60 years. Clark was a lobster fisherman most of his life and raised cattle as a dearly loved hobby for 48 years, at one point having as many as 53, most as named pets. He is survived by his wife Thelma (Stanton) Tiddville, his sons David (Sherry) Mirimichi, NB, Mark (Krista) Theriault, Digby; daughters, Stephanie (Freddie) Trask, Little River; Colleen (Carmen) Crockett, Dartmouth; Sonya (Emma) Theriault-Tigerheart, Middleton; Tracey Theriault, Halifax; sisters, Roselind Baxter, Lillian Fox and Marilyn (Clifford) Banks, 10 beautiful grandchildren and 2 wonderful great-grandchildren. Clark was predeceased by sisters, Lennie, Evelyn, Dorothy, Freda and Gwendolyn (in infancy), brothers, Lovitt, Lloyd, Franklin and daughter-in-love, Sandra Vantassel Theriault (Mark). A big thank you to the VON and home support, we could not have done it without you. Visitation will take place 7:00 to 9:00PM, Friday, July 8, 2011 in Calvary Temple Pentecostal Church, Tiddville, where the funeral service will be held 10:00AM, Saturday, July 9, 2011with Rev. Charles Belong officiating. Interment will be in the East Ferry Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St., (902) 825-3448.
