SWINIMER, Cody-Michael Charles-17yrs, of Factorydale, NS passed away suddenly Wednesday, March 6, 2013 in Factorydale. Born in Middleton, he was a son of Kim Swinimer, Middleton and Cecil Whynot, Factorydale. Cody was a student at West Kings District High School and a member of the Berwick Baptist Church Youth Group. He enjoyed fishing, X-box, Airsoft and music. Cody loved to make people smile and laugh. He will be remembered by his kind and gentle spirit, his love for ALL people and his fantastic HUGS. Cody was a tissue donor, helping to improve the quality of lives for others. He is survived by his mother, Kim Swinimer (Rick Griffiths) Middleton; father, Cecil Whynot (Charlene Baker) Factorydale; brother, Cory Swinimer, Middleton; sisters, Alisha Baker, Kingston; Kimberly Baker, Kentville; Chrissy Zinck, Factorydale; niece, Akeelha Harvey and nephew, Draven Baker; nephew, Skylar Tertsakian and several aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Ray and Cora and paternal grandparents, Ralph and Edna. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life service will be held 2:00PM, Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #98 Kingston. A reception for family and friends will follow the service. Interment will be in the Tremont Cemetery. By request, family flowers only.
