Cora Linda DeEll

DeEll, Cora Linda ~ Age 74, of Victoria Harbour, Kings Co., N.S., passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 3, 2026 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born on April 21, 1952, in Carrolls Corner, Halifax Co., she was a daughter of the late Chester S. and Cora M. (Fraser) Dillman.

Before moving to the Annapolis Valley, Cora had worked at a hotel in Halifax and was a member of the United Church of Canada. She enjoyed playing 45’s and attending bingo.

Surviving are her husband of 32 years, Frank L. DeEll; son, Roderick Coolen (Qihong Shen), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; grandsons, Roderick Jr. and Thomas; step children, Alan DeEll, Factorydale; Carolyn DeEll, Aylesford; Dana DeEll, Wilmot; Brian DeEll, North Kingston; Scott (Lindsey) DeEll, Weston; several step grandchildren; three step great grandchildren; sister, Minnie McMullan, Brookfield; brother, Darrin (Linda) Dillman, Carrolls Corner; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by sister, Florence in infancy; brothers, Kenny, David and Patrick Dillman.

Visitation will take place from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday evening in Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, toll free 1-855-825-3448, from where the funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday May 8.
