Daisy Roberta Healy

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Daisy Roberta Healy on August 30, 2026. Daisy was born in Yarmouth on February 28th, 1945, to William and Effie Dennis. For the past twelve years she made her home in Pinehurst, New Germany with her companion Victor Moore. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Eddy Porter (Cyndi), and Joan Penny (Glenn); her stepchildren, Wanda Batson (Rick), Philip Healy (Chantal), Crystal Healy (Kelly), and Brenda Healy.

Moms greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren, Kempton Phillips (Jami-lee), Dominique Roy (Chris), Travis Porter, Mitchel Lowe (Vanessa), Emma Batson (Ben), Alicia Agombar (Phil), Cassandra Trimper (Steve), Devonna Coleman, and Evanya Coleman; her great-grandchildren, Hayden, Olivia, Judith, Avery, Zoë, Everett, Felix, Paul, Effie, Joyanna, Jordyn, and Hailea. She was always there whenever they needed her and the love she gave them will remain with them for the rest of their lives. Daisy is also survived by her sisters, Carole and Ada; her brother Fred, all in British Columbia. She was predeceased by her husband, Fred Healy; son, Robert Porter; and her brothers Thomas and Robert Dennis.

In keeping with Daisy’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, September 7, 2026, in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, toll free 1-855-825-3448 with Rev. Andrew Taylor officiating. A reception for family and friends will follow the service. Interment will be in Nictaux Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in Daisy’s memory may be made to the Nictaux & District Fire Department. For those unable to attend the service, it will be livestreamed starting at 1:55pm ADT.
