Dale Joseph
Milbury
May 17, 1973 – August 9, 2010
MILBURY, Dale Joseph, 37 of Bishopville, passed away Monday, August 9, 2010 in the QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. Dale was born in Truro, NS and lived and worked in Alberta until moving home in 2002. He was employed with ASPLUNDH in the South Shore areas of Nova Scotia, and loved his job which enabled him to work outdoors. When Dale wasnt working, he spent all his time at home with family and friends .always looking forward to his days off. His love of the outdoors allowed him to enjoy all seasons. He liked to fish, hunt or any activity which allowed him to be outdoors. He was extremely proud of his native heritage and was always interested in what was going on in regards to issues and events which could potentially affect his life. However, his love of family is what Dale will be remembered for. Loyal and protective of family and friends, quick to defend them. Being the free spirit he was, his rough around the edges attitude would not hide the compassionate and loving person he was. The true love and apple of his eye, his daughter, Mya, brought him such pride and joy. The love he has for her was so tangible to those who saw them together, made it pure joy to witness. He is survived by his wife, Wendy, and daughter, Mya, both of Wilmot; mother, Connie Pineo (stepfather, Ronnie), Bishopville; father, Donald Milbury (stepmother, Sandra), Bishopville; sister, Julia Joy Rose (Zac), Wilmot; Tammy Robertson (Peter), Alberta; brother, Corey Milbury, Truro; stepsisters, Linda Gould, Nictaux; Mary Jane MacDonald, Wilmot; Pamela Durling, Margaretsville; stepbrother, Trevor Chute, Bishopville; nieces; Janis (Jenny) Aerial Joy Rose; Tarah Robertson; nephew, Tyler Robertson and many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members.
