GREENE, Darrell Eugene-39 of Meadowvale, passed away peacefully at home Monday, February 7, 2011 surrounded by his family. Born in Middleton, he was a son of Everett C. and Pearl L. (Taylor) Greene. Darrell was a carpenter for 16 years and a partner in David and Darrell Carpentry. He enjoyed working and restoring old cars and trucks. Darrell and his dog Dozer whom he loved dearly were inseparable. Besides his parents, Darrell is survived by his best friend, David Keddy, Meadowvale; sisters, Shelley Greene (Jerry Bruce), Weltons Corner and Lana Greene, Berwick and brother, Robert Greene, Kentville. At Darrells request, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00PM, Friday, February, 11, 2011 in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, (902) 825-3448, with Rev. Leon Langille officiating. Interment will be at a later date in Fundy View Cemetery, Port Lorne. By request, family flowers only.
