Book, David Murray ~ 70 of Melvern Square, NS passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. Born on February 4, 1955, in Kingston, Ontario, he was a son of the late Allen and Mary (Lawson) Book.

Dave was a hard worker who loved the outdoors; hunting, fishing and many trips to the camp at Joe Simon.

Surviving are his wife, Connie; son, Justin (Lesley), Margaretsville; daughter, Sarah (Jason), Melvern Square; grandson, Max Gates; brothers, Richard (Carol), South Berwick; William (Helen), Halifax; Robert (Cathy), Halifax; Kenneth, Halifax; and several nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Daves' wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service. Donations in Dave's memory may be made to the Valley Regional Hospital Foundation. The family extends a heartfelt thank you to all the Paramedics from EHS for all their care and compassion.
