EDDINGTON, David Harcus ~ Age 85, of Kingston, Kings Co., passed away peacefully on Monday, May 31, 2021, at home. Born in Edinburgh, Scotland, he was a son of the late John and Agnus (Harcus) Eddington. David worked for Ontario Hydro, Nuclear Division, retiring in 1994. He was an avid photographer and golfer and had been a member of Paragon Golf Club in Kingston, since moving to the area in 1995. David was a member of Markland Lodge No. 99, A.F.& A.M., Kingston and his mother lodge in Scotland was Leith No 5. Surviving are sons, David (Kathleen), Lower Sackville; Donald, Napanee, Ont.; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brother, Ian, Melbourne, Australia. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, the former Doreen Louden; several siblings. A heart felt Thank-You to the Victorian Order of Nurses – Annapolis Valley Branch; Palliative Care; and Doctor McGuire. In keeping with David's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
