Grant, David Foster – Age 78 of Auburn, passed away Monday March 2 ^nd , 2020 at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Berwick he was the son of the late Ransford and Edith (Dempsey) Grant. David loved music and enjoyed singing and playing guitar. He loved to entertain people. He, his sister and father used to go to Grand View Manor and the Royal Canadian Legion branches in Berwick and Kingston to play and sing for the residents and members. David enjoyed participating in festivals in Fox Mountain and Port George. He knew how to have a good time and will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by son, Steven Grant; daughters, Edyth "Dee Dee" Grant and Kim Grant; former wife, Elizabeth Grant; sisters, Kathy (Rod) Rhoddy and Judy Grant; aunt, Audrey O'Neill; grandchildren, Ashley Gamble, Cheyenne Grant and Tacoma Higgins Grant; nephew, Robbie DeEll; neice, Tracy (Kevin) Madower. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of David's life will be held at a later date and will be announced once confirmed. In lieu of flowers donations in memory may be made to Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia.
