DOREY, Deborah-Lynn "Debbie" - 61, of Meadowvale, NS passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 16, 2013 in Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Middleton, she was a daughter of Lester Whitman, Inglisville and the late Linda (Thomas) Whitman. Debbie was employed with Safety First providing traffic control for various companies. She loved spending time in her garden and working with her shrubs and flowers. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, David Dorey, Meadowvale; daughter, Tabatha-Lynn Dorey, Alberta; son, Shawn (Kyra) Dorey, Bridgewater; sisters, Sherry (Frank) Eddison, Bridgewater; Marguerite "Peggy" (Mark) Veinot, Clearland; grandchildren Monika, Tamisha, Sahara and Ashley and one great grandson. She was predeceased by her mother Linda. Cremation has taken place. A Service of Remembrance will be held 1:30PM Sunday, June 23, 2013 in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street (902) 825-3448. Interment will be in North Kingston Cemetery. Donations in Debbie's memory may be made to the charity of choice.
