PHILLIPS, Deborah Lynne "Debbie"-62 of Greenwood Village passed away Thursday, November 24, 2011 at home. Born in Middleton, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Gertrude (Herget) Baker. Debbie was employed at the Kingston Valley Drug Mart. She was an associate member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #98, Kingston where she enjoyed playing cribbage. Debbie also enjoyed quilting, gardening, golfing and travelling south with her longtime friend, Marilyn. She is survived by daughters, Letitia "Tish" Hillier, Vancouver; Tammy Hillier-Cole (Michael Cole), Kingston; companion, Jeffrey Boates, Greenwood Village; sisters, Valerie Baker, East Kingston; Brenda Robicheau, Spa Springs; brothers, Douglas (Helen) Baker, Hamilton; Robert (Pat) Baker, Port George; grandchildren, Collin Cole and Carson Cole and several nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held, 2:00PM Monday, November 28, 2011 in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, (902) 825-3448, with Rev. Leon Langille officiating.
