Debrah Lynn Crockatt

CROCKATT, Debrah Lynn – 76, of Middleton, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2026 in Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Gordon and Eileen (Walker) Rushton.

Debrah was a life-long learner and loved reading and watching documentaries. She enjoyed baking and knitting and would generously provide meals for others. She loved her children and grandchildren and had a strong faith in the Lord Jesus Christ from an early age. Sadie, her beloved dog, brought her great joy for 17 years.

Surviving is her daughter, Gina Rushton (Gary Bishop), New Minas; sons, Gregory Crockatt, Vancouver, BC; Zachari Crockatt, Annapolis Valley; grandchildren, Morgan (Stefan) Brown, Waverley; Jayme (Sam) Phillips, Tasmania, Australia; Dillon Rushton (Aileen Pacleba), Wolfville; Lennon Crockatt, Annapolis Valley; Cedar Crockatt, Annapolis Valley; great grandchildren, Levon and Violet Brown; and Isla and Wren Phillips; sisters, Gayle (Owen) Golar, Windsor, ON; Kim (Tom) Peach, Yellowhead County, AB; Susan Pickeram, Halifax; brother, Neil Rushton, Coldbrook. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Douglas Rushton; brother-in-law, Norm Pickeram.

In keeping with Debrah’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Donations in her memory may be made to Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital Foundation, Middleton.
