MORSE, Donald Howe -age 79 passed away suddenly, Thursday, December 18, 2014 at the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Berwick, he was a son of the late Bertram and Donna (Marshall) Morse. Donald lived his life in Harmony where he and his wife Marg raised their four children on their dairy and beef farm. In his younger years he enjoyed picking apples in Massachusetts, and playing baseball in Kingston. Donald served his community in many ways. Donald was a Fire Commissionaire with the Kingston Fire Department for 29 years. And was a strong supporter of the Harmony-Nicholsville 4-H Club. Donald loved his family dearly and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Playing cards, square dancing and working in the woods were a few activities that he loved. The grandchildren will fondly remember their "Grampie" playing crockinole, his love of donuts and his large loving hands. His family is very thankful for all the wonderful memories that they have shared with him. A special thank you to the VON for their wonderful care.
