SGUIGNA, Donald Victor ~ Age 59, of Lawrencetown, Annapolis Co., N.S., passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born on March 9, 1966, he was a son of the late Fernando E. "Fern" and Gloria J. (Craig) Sguigna.

Donald had served in the Canadian Armed Forces as an Air Force Navigator, retiring with the rank of Captain. He was employed as a long-haul trucker with Easson Transport Ltd. and retired in 2020. Donald had a passion for Harley Davidson motorcycles. He enjoyed beautiful days, smooth roads on his bike with his best friends, Joe and Zeke, and his many close friends.

Surviving are his companion, the former Vicki Lockwood; daughter, Stephani Sguigna (Matthew Burton), of Greenwood; his uncle Tom Craig he considered to be a brother.

There will be no visitation or service with a private interment at a later date. Donations in his memory may be made to Valley Regional Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
