SHEARER, Donna Lou - age 70 of Lawrencetown, passed away suddenly at Kingston General Hospital, Kingston, ON on Friday, October 17, 2014. Born in Middleton, she was the daughter of the late Murray and Louella (Rhodenizer) Gaul. Donna was the beloved wife of the late William Shearer and loving mother of daughter Crystal (Douglas) Downton of Trenton, ON; sons Jeffrey Shearer and Jody (Amanda) Shearer, all of Lawrencetown, Nova Scotia. Ever remembered by her grandchildren Cassandra, Kailey, Christopher, Carrisa, Ethan, Mitchell and great grandson Noah. Donna is survived by siblings Heather Gaul, Lawrencetown, Nova Scotia; Deborah (Fred) Killmister of Sarnia, ON; Robert "Bob" (Alice) Gaul, Middleton, NS; Brian Gaul of Toronto and Greg Gaul of Nova Scotia. Besides her parents, Donna was predeceased by siblings Carolyn, Brenda, Michael (living Midge) and Patrick. By request, cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at 2:00PM, Monday, October 27, 2014 at Fairview Cemetery, Lawrencetown with Rev. Deacon Don Boudreau officiating.
