DANIELS, Dorothy Edith - age 92, of Greenwood, NS passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2016, in Orchard Villa, Berwick, where she had been a resident for the past nine years. Born in Sackville, NB on December 28, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Dorcas (McConnell) Chapman. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. As a young woman she moved to the Annapolis Valley to work and there she met and married Arthur Daniels. She is survived by her niece, Doreen Beaton, of Sackville , NB and nephew, Stanley (Anne) Chapman of Westfield, NB as well as extended family members and friends. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Arthur Daniels, and brother, Harold Chapman. Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, Middleton where visitation will be held on Monday, May 2, 2016 from 6:00PM-8:00PM and funeral service will be held 2:00PM Tuesday, May 3, 2016 with Albert Clark officiating. Interment in Pine Grove Cemetery, Middleton followed by a reception in the funeral home. Flowers or donations to VON in Dorothy's memory would be appreciated.
