CLARK, Dorothy Evangeline "Vangie" – age 93 of Berwick passed away peacefully on Friday, January 8, 2016 in Evergreen Home For Special Care, Kentville, NS. Dorothy was a member of Black Rock United Baptist Church and enjoyed crocheting, playing board games, music and doing crafts. Born in Bridgetown, she was a daughter of the late Ray and Sarah Wagner of Berwick. Dorothy is survived by daughter Phyllis Smeltzer, Kingston; sister Marjorie Brewster, New Minas; step children John Clark (Dierdre), Aylesford; Bruce Clark (Doris), Berwick; Annie Lohnes, Auburn; 13 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband William Archibald "Archie" Clark; daughter Barbara Hull, Lower Sackville; siblings Lawrence "Larry" Wagner, Kentville; Anna Wagner, Berwick; Vera Brinton, Middleton; Eleanor Wight, Middleton; Betty Hopkins, Aylesford; Doris Obrien, Toronto; Ralph Wagner, Granville Ferry; Douglas Wagner, Wolfville; Clifford Wagner, Berwick; step-daughter Florence Lutz and step-son Donald Clark, Aylesford and her first husband Robert Pelton. Visitation will be held 7-9PM Tuesday, January 12, 2016 in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St., toll free 1 (855) 825-3448 where the funeral service will be held 1:00PM Wednesday, January 13, 2016 with Rev. Gerry Bezanson officiating. A reception for family and friends will follow the service. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Middleton.
