WENTZELL, Dorothy Jean "Dot" - age 84 of Brickton, NS died peacefully on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at Mountain Lea Lodge, Bridgetown. Dot will finally be united with her late husband Charles M. Wentzell; husband and friend for 59 years. Dot was a daughter of the late Leroy and Sarah (Sellars) Baker. She is survived by daughter Julie (Alan) Johnson; their children Tami (Jon), Cassandra (Derek), Troy (Heather), Justin; their grandchildren Alex, Jayce, Josh, Ryan, Ben, Cameron Grace, Isaac and Lucas; one chosen daughter, Donna Tidd; sons, Steve (Peggy); his children, Nicole, Stephanie, Stephen, Noah, Evan; their grandchildren, Deseree, Michael, Owen and Lucas; great grandchild Emily; Martin (Susan) their son, Noel; grandchildren, Noah, Logan and Adien; Chuck and his daughter Shayla; Carter (Vanessa); Dot's sister Marie (Richard); brothers Harold (Barb), Doug (Gisele); sister-in-law Nancy Wentzell and many nieces and nephews. Dot was predeceased by her parents, husband, 3 sisters, 2 brothers, sister and brother-in-law and her great granddaughter. In keeping with Dot's wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a graveside service for family and friends, to celebrate the lives of Charles and Dot, at 2:00 PM, Sunday, February 1, 2015 at Fairview Cemetery, Lawrencetown. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dot's memory may be made to the Transitional Care Unit at Soldier's Memorial Hospital, which was a cause close to Dot's heart.
