SEAMONE, Earl Merton - 70, of Wilmot, NS passed away peacefully Saturday, December 29, 2012 in Tibbett's Home for Special Care, Wilmot. Born in Berwick, NS he was a son of the late Elliott and Jean (Sabean) Seamone. Earl worked most of his life in forestry and construction as a labourer. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved going out to the camps at Cloud Lake, Lake Paul and Birch Lake. He also enjoyed visiting the local pub, sitting outside and socializing with his friends. Earl was well regarded by residents and staff alike at Tibbetts Home for Special Care where he resided since February 2008. Special thanks to all the staff of Tibbetts Home for Special Care and Dr. Paul McGuire for lovingly caring for Earl. He is survived by his brother, Ivan Seamone (Susan Farmer), Torbrook and sisters Rosalie and Claudette. By Earl's request, cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at a later date in the North Kingston Cemetery. Donations in memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
