WHYNOT, Earl Seymour ~ age 89 of Brickton, NS passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in New Albany, NS he was a son of the late Seymour and Gertrude (Connell) Whynot. Earl worked in the woods and enjoyed farming and loved his cattle. He will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife, Frances (Whitman), Brickton; daughter, Juanita (Keith) Clayton, Torbrook; sons, Gordon (Beth) Whynot, Inglisville; Alan Whynot (Carol), Brickton; Wayne (Darlene) Whynot, Brickton; 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Floyd, son Earl Jr. "Bud" and granddaughter Mellisa Clayton-Welton. In keeping with Earl's wishes, cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held 2:00PM Monday, May 30, 2022 in Pine Grove Cemetery, New Albany with Juanita Richardson officiating. Donations in memory may be made to Inglisville Community Hall, Brickton Community Hall or charity of your choice.
