ROWE, Elizabeth Ann "Liz"- 66 of Middleton, passed away Monday, February 6, 2012 in Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Halifax, she was the adopted daughter of the late Colin and Bernadine Rowe. Elizabeth was a very outgoing and social person. She enjoyed music, dancing and gardening. She was very fond of animals and operated a kennel with her father when she was younger. Elizabeth is survived by daughter, Michelle Godin, Vancouver; son, Shawn Godin, Halifax; sisters, Margie Walker, Toronto; Betty, Michigan; brothers, Larry Ward, Naples, Florida; Terry (Dorothy) Ward, Toronto; Danny (Nancy) Noble, Bedford and his daughter, Taryn (Mark) Haynes, Dartmouth. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her partner, John Saunders. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 2:00PM, Friday, February 10, 2012 in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, (902) 825-3448, with Rev. Clyde Lowe officiating. Private family interment will be in Foxhill Cemetery, Starr's Point NS at a later date. Donations in memory may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
