Obituary

Kerrigan, Elizabeth - 100 of Kingston NS and formerly of Halifax passed away peacefully with her family by her side Sunday, May 11, 2014. Born in Aylesford on July 3, 1913 she was a daughter of the late Hedley and Corina (Patterson) Graves. Elizabeth was a graduate of Normal College, Truro and prior to her marriage to the late Orrin Ross Webster, she taught school at Burlington, Kings County, Dempsey Corner School and also on McNabs Island, Halifax. Left with fond and loving memories are her daughters Sherrill (Melvin) MacDonald, Marlene (Tim) Medhurst and son Jack (Young Kak) Webster all of Ontario; seven grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by one grandchild. Elizabeth was the last surviving member of her immediate family. The family wishes to thank Barbara and Bill Kennedy and staff for the excellent loving care during her stay while at their residence. Visitation will be held from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2014 and also one hour before service time which will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 15th in the Middleton Funeral Home 398 Main St., (902) 825-3488, Rev. Leon Langille officiating. A reception for family and friends will follow the service. Intement will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Lower Sackville. By request, family flowers only.
