MAILMAN, Eric Kingdom-79 of Nictaux, passed away Thursday, April 22, 2010 in Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in New Germany, NS, he was a son of the late Ward K. and Jenny (Risser) Mailman. Eric retired after 33 years with C.E. Section, 14 Wing Greenwood. He was a member of the Nictaux Baptist Church. He is survived by his sister, Valerie Balcom, Dartmouth, NS; brother, Cedric Charles Mailman, Ellershouse, Hants Co.; cousins, Jack and Shirley Minard, Clarence and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife the former Viola Grant and half brother, Harold Risser. A special thank you to Jack and Shirley; the staff of Tibbetts Home for Special Care and the staff of Soldiers Memorial Hospital. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00PM, Wednesday, April 28, 2010 in the Nictaux Baptist Church. Rev. Bill McLeod officiating. Interment will be in the Nictaux Cemetery.
