STEVENS, Florence "Eva" 1916 - 2010. Passed away Friday, December 17, 2010, in Grand View Manor, Berwick. Born in Kingston, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Clara (Fisher) Dorey. In her earlier years she worked in the family business, Stevens Bros Ltd., Morden and Aylesford. Later in life she enjoyed travelling and spending winters in Florida. Eva is survived by daughters, Janet (Chester Goucher), Aylesford East; Joan (Ralph Smith), Morden Road; sister, Hilda Magee, Kingston; grandchildren, Melodie Luddington; Kendall Smith and Chris Goucher; great- grandchildren, Kyle and Amber Luddington and Albany Goucher. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert L. Stevens; brothers, William, Frank, Horace, John, Joseph and Thomas; sisters, Lalia Hilton; Gladys Caldwell and Mirenda (Rene) Banks. There will be no visitation by request. The funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Thursday, December 23, in Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St., (902) 825-3448, with Rev. Brenda Nesbitt officiating.
