NEILY, Frances Laura -The family of Frances Neily sadly announce her passing on July 26, 2016 at Grace Haven in Paradise N.S. She was blessed with 93 years of life. She was predeceased by her husband John Neily of 72 years and her brother Harold Wilkins. Frances was a wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and a friend to many. She was a life member of the Nictaux Auxiliary and throughout the years she enjoyed gardening, camping, curling and bridge. Frances is survived by her children, Diann (Dave), Scott (Carolyn), Terry, sister-in-law Margaret Wilkins, grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a family gathering to celebrate her life.
