KELLY, Francis Joseph "Frank" ~ 72, of Nictaux, Annapolis Co., formerly of Halifax, passed away peacefully and suddenly at home on Friday, February 3, 2023. Born on November 12, 1950, in Halifax, he was a son of the late John and Rita (Cormier) Kelly. Most of Frank's working career was spent working at the Maritime Centre, Halifax, retiring as a Stationary Engineer. He had a love for music, was an avid drummer, playing in several bands over the years, the first being "Joker". Frank will be remembered for his knowledge and love of cars, owning several and attending many car shows. He was happiest on road trips and being outside in the summer months. I hope our kids found you. Surviving are his partner and wife for over 30 years, Lisa I. Robb; sisters, Jane Kelly, Halifax; Eileen Blair, Liverpool; three nieces and several cousins. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Jack Kelly. An event to celebrate Frank's life will take place at a later date. Due to his great love for all animals, it is requested that donations in his memory may be made to your favourite local animal shelter.
