Baker, Frank "Frankie" Theodore – age 73 of New Minas formerly of Margaretsville, passed away Wednesday December 30, 2020 at Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Kentville he was the son of the late Frank and Kathleen (Stuart) Baker. Frank worked for Nova Scotia Power for over 25 yrs until his retirement in 1995. He then worked at CFB Greenwood as a civilian in site services with a maintenance crew. Frank loved the Annapolis Valley and had always hoped to return to Margaretsville. He enjoyed bowling, golfing and was an avid fan of baseball often watching the Blue Jays' games. In recent years he thoroughly enjoyed going for rides on his motorized scooter with friends. Frank is survived by sons, Jason (Lisa) Baker, Fall River, Jeff Baker, New Minas; sisters, Alice Fiske, Sackville, Shirley (Fred) Mason, Ottawa; four grandchildren, Ava, Nolan, Chase and Travis; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Frank was predeceased by brother-in-law, Edgar Fiske. A private graveside service will be held at Church Grove Cemetery, Melvern Square, Tuesday January 5 ^th , 2021. Rev.
