FITCH, Freda Roxy ~ age 87 of Kingston, NS passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2022 in Mountain Lea Lodge, Bridgetown. Born in North Kingston, NS she was a daughter of the late Randolph and Gladys (Dempsey) Keddy. Freda was an avid bird watcher and especially enjoyed the cardinals that would frequent her feeders. She loved bingo, painting, and tending to her flower gardens. She will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her son, Randy (Darlene) Fitch, Kingston; daughter, Tanya (Allan) Robinson, Nicholsville; brother, Irving (Margaret) Keddy, North Kingston; sisters, Donna (Wayne) Shunamon, North Kingston; Christene Keddy (Eric Parker), North Kingston; Cindy (Stewart) Burns, Tremont; grandchildren Lucas Fitch (Jan Hilber), Evan Fitch (Mikayla) and Dustin Fitch (Tyler Boucher); Matthew Robinson (Michelle), Jennifer MacLaren (Ryan), Mark Robinson (Alison), Jillian Collins (Reece) and Macall Robinson (Emily) and 11 great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Eldon; brothers, Keith Keddy and Stewart Keddy. A graveside service will be held 3:00PM Thursday, May 5, 2022 in North Kingston Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Danny Smith officiating. Donations in memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
