WHITE, Gary Victor ~ age 64, of Nictaux Falls, NS, passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2024, in Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Middleton, he was a son of the late Victor and Beatrice "Betty" (Poole) White. Gary worked for many years in the woods with his uncle and later worked clearing power lines. He loved fishing, black licorice and watching wrestling. Gary was affectionately known as "Gackie" by his family and friends. He will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Sandra; daughters, Veronica (Terry) Mulvale, Middleton; Angela Durling, Middleton; "adopted son", Colton Keddy, South Williamston; sisters, Edith White, Middleton; Karen (Royal) Strong, Coldbrook; granddaughters, Morgan Pettipas; Aleasha Pettipas; Cassandra Durling; Samantha Gaudet (Erico); Kayla Kerr (Russell Stevenson); great grandchildren, Skyler Durling; Faith Acker; Quinn Durling; Avalyn Stevenson; Alena Stevenson; nieces and nephews, Patricia Ann Pinch; Vanessa Robar; Kaitlynn Hill; Emily and Jason Strong; and great nephew, Jordan Martin. In keeping with Gary's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place starting at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, April 28, in Port George Recreation Centre, 12256 Shore Road, Port George.
