Hannam, Gerald Raymond "Jerry" ~ age 72, of Lawrencetown, NS passed away on Friday, January 20, 2023 at home. He was a son of the late Gerald Edward and Mabel "Bernice" (Hudson) Hannam. Jerry was an Oil Burner Technician and owned and operated his own heating and plumbing business and later was employed with the Annapolis Valley Regional School Board. He enjoyed playing darts, fishing and watching the birds at the feeders. Jerry liked reading, listening to old time country music as well as playing guitar. He loved his family dearly, especially his granddaughter, Lexie. Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Deborah (McGill), Lawrencetown; son, Sean (Jessica) Hannam, Cambridge; brother, Leonard (Joy) Hannam, Parkers Cove; granddaughter, Lexie and niece, Heather (Robert) Graves, Calgary, Alberta. In keeping with Jerry's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
