Ell, Gerrid Dale "Gerry" ~ Age 53, of Auburn, Kings Co., passed away suddenly on Friday, July 17, 2020, at home. Born on August 29, 1966, in Middleton, he was a son of Dale C. Ell and Beverly J. (Ward) Ritchie. Gerry had worked in construction in the Annapolis Valley and in Calgary, Alberta. He loved to go fishing and had a lifelong passion for sketching and drawing. Surviving are his mother, Beverly Ritchie, Auburn; father, Dale (Jacquie), Starbuck, Manitoba; sister, Julie Moore; nephew, Ryan, both of Aylesford; step brothers, David, Michael and Will; step sisters, Mary and Becky; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his son, Christopher James Ell; step father, Arthur Ritchie.  Due to public gathering restrictions, there will be no visitation or public service.  A celebration of Gerry's life will be available to be viewed through the funeral home website 'Live Stream" option beginning at 1:55 p.m., Wednesday, July 22.  No flowers by request, donations in Gerry's memory may be made to Multi Addiction Centre Society.  The family would like to say a special thank you to Cindy, Sara and staff for all the love and care throughout his difficult times.
