Barkhouse, Harold Bernard – Age 71 of Middleton, Annapolis Co., passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2021, in Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Kentville, he was a son of the late Hollis and Alberta  (Poole) Barkhouse. Harold loved working on cars, painting them and trading them. He loved spending time with his grandchildren whom he loved very much. Harold is survived by his loving wife, Georgina (Smith) Barkhouse, Middleton; children, Maxine (Jeff Waldrum) Barkhouse, Kingston, Kerri Anne Stratton, ON, Tammy Hoger, ON, Shaun Barkhouse, ON, Linda Caines, SK; brother, Gerald (Dorothy) Barkhouse, NB; grandchildren, Jayden, Skye, Isabelle, Riley & Owen; nieces, Bonnie & Kimberly; nephew, Kenny. Besides his parents, Harold was predeceased by sister, Maxine in infancy. Cremation has taken place and interment of his ashes will take place at a later date in St. Croix Cove.
