REEDE, Harry Hazen age 90 of Middleton, passed away Sunday, June 21, 2015 in Heart of the Valley Care Centre, Middleton. Born in Deep Cove Island, Yarmouth County, NS he was a son of the late Bryce and Alice (Trott) Reede. Harry spent his working years in Brockville, ON as foreman with Automatic Electric, retiring after 25 years. He was a past member of the Masonic Lodge and he loved golfing. Harry is survived by his wife of 69 years, Velma (Marshall) Reede, Middleton; daughters, Ruby Reede, Ottawa; Valerie Reede, Vancouver; Charyl (Michael) Trussel, Brockville; Cynthia (Glenn) Libby, Prescott, ON; son, Bryce (Sylvia) Reede, Bridgewater; sisters, Amy D'alosio, Toronto;brothers, Irvine Reede, Victoria, BC; George Reede and Victor (Janice) Reede, both of Pubnico; 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Besides his parents, Harry was predeceased by nine brothers and sisters. At Harry's request, cremation has taken place. A Graveside Service will be held 1:00PM, Friday, June 26, 2015 in Pine Grove Cemetery, Middleton, with Rev. Danny Smith officiating, followed by a reception at the Middleton Funeral Home.
