We, the family of Heather Rose Smith of Kingston, NS announce her passing in Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton on January 18, 2016. Born in Berwick, NS she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Marion (Blair) Smith. Heather is survived by two sons; David and Shane Smith. Also surviving is her half-sister, Faye (Larry) Veinotte, Aylesford; her half-brother Kenneth Smith, Lawrencetown and her niece Larissa Veinotte, Aylesford. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will take place 2:00PM Saturday, May 7, 2016 in the Aylesford Union Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Bill MacDougall officiating.
