GREENLAW, Hilda Blanche, - age 91, passed away with her husband by her side on September 18, 2016 at her home in Tiverton, NS. Born on March 16, 1925 in Central Grove, Digby County, she was a daughter of the late Eldred and Pearl (Hersey) Guier. She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Malcolm Greenlaw; daughter, Elena (Lewis) Frost of Little River; brother, Orland (Iva) Guier of Central Grove; grandchildren, Troy (Jamie) Frost of Little River; Trevor Frost and Tasha (Dean) Porter both of Mt. Pleasant; Yolanda (Joe) Crewe of Sackville; Jared (Sarah) Greenlaw of Halifax:14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by son, Dr. Rodney Greenlaw; brothers, Roy and Lloyd Guier; and sister, Emma Outhouse. She was a member of the Church of Christ, Tiverton. Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 21st with public viewing from 2:00pm – 4:00pm and family only from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the Tiverton United Baptist Church. Funeral will be held on Thursday, September 22nd at 2:00 PM with Rev. Rick Small officiating. Interment will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Tiverton. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or a charity of choice.
