Saltzman, Hillis Lorne – Age 68 of Kingston, Kings Co., passed away quickly and peacefully, Monday, May 20, 2024 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Berwick, he was a son of the late Harold and Hazel (Rines) Saltzman.

In his younger years, Hillis enjoyed playing pool, baseball, get togethers with friends to play darts, horseshoes, and bowling. As a farmer's son, he knew how to work hard. He worked as a carpenter and labourer. Hillis worked for Thomas Amusement travelling throughout Newfoundland.

Hillis is survived by his children, Kimberley, PEI, Tarina, NS, Andrew, NS, Dominique, NL; 12 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brothers, Ronald, ON, Terry, NL; sisters, Darlene, NS, Jane, NS.
