MANSFIELD, Jeanette Christine - age 53, Kingston, Kings Co., passed away on Saturday, June 7, 2014, in the Soldier's Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in St. Catharine's, Ont., she was a daughter of Sharon (Delong) Mansfield, Tibbetts Home For Special Care, Wilmot and the late Basil Mansfield. Jeanette was devoted to her family and friends and loved the time spent with her children and grandchildren. She was an avid bingo player, enjoyed watching wrestling and soap operas. Besides her mother she is survived by her companion, Tony Wright, Greenwood; son, Justin Selig, Moncton, N.B.; daughters, Melissa Selig, Lawrencetown; Ashley Mansfield, Bedford; grandchildren, Scarlette, Tyler and Jamie; brothers, Kevin Mansfield, Vancouver, B.C.; Randy Mansfield, London, Ont.; Shawn Mansfield, Fernie, B.C.; sister, Sandra Mansfield, Dartmouth; step-mothers, Leona LeBlanc, Yarmouth Co.; Mary Smith, Caledonia; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place from 7-9 p.m., Tuesday, in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St., toll free 1 (855) 825-3448, from where the funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 11, with Rev. Vic Adams officiating. Interment service will take place at 2 p.m., in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Westfield, Queens Co.
