ADAMS, Jerry Byron - age 73, of Halifax, passed away July 13th, 2017, in the Halifax Infirmary QEII. Born in Middleton, NS, he was the son of the late George and Edith Adams. Jerry was employed by the City of Halifax for 23 years, but moved on to eventually enjoy his latter years working on his boats, and exploring the coastline. He was happiest enjoying summertime at his trailer, and on the water, in Prospect Bay, while visiting with longtime friends. Jerry is survived by his son, Dean (Amy) Adams, and his daughter, Kim (Joe) Adams; grandchildren, Brandon, Dylan, and Gracelynn; sister, Susan Adams, and brother, Alison Adams. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street 1-855-825-3448. A graveside committal of Jerry's ashes will take place, privately, in Middleton. A public reception will be held in the Middleton Funeral Home from 2pm-4pm, Wednesday, July 19th, 2017 to celebrate Jerry's life. All are welcome to attend.
